1. 如何申请 / How to request

使用注册邮箱发送邮件至 Stanley.Chuan@xuedaeducationgroup.edu.my，主题写「学达 Babe 账号或资料删除申请」。没有设置邮件 App 时，可复制上述邮箱到你常用的邮件服务发送。家长或学生也可经学校既有联系渠道提出资料请求。

Email the address above from your registered email, with the subject “Xueda Babe account or data deletion request”. If no email app is configured, copy the address into your usual email service. Guardians/students may also request through their established school contact.

• 说明你是老师、家长或学生，以及申请删除整个老师／家长账号，还是指定的孩子资料、照片或动态。 State your role and whether you request deletion of a teacher/parent account or specific child records, photos or updates.
• 提供注册邮箱、学校/分校及学生编号或遮盖的 IC 后四位，便于学校核对。 Provide the account email, school/centre and student reference or masked IC ending to assist verification.
• 不要发送密码、完整 IC、家庭访问码或孩子照片；学校会另行说明需要的核验。 Do not include passwords, a full IC, family access codes or child photos; the school will explain any further verification needed.

2. 申请的范围 / Scope of the request

老师可申请删除登录账号、个人档案及关联个人资料。家长可为其有权代表的孩子提出资料请求，学生可经监护人或学校协助。账号删除与孩子的学校学习记录是不同范围；学校会核对共同记录及其他学生/老师权益，处理可删除资料，并说明依法或为安全、防欺诈必须保留的类别、理由与期限。不会把单纯停用账号当作删除完成。

Teachers can request deletion of their sign-in account, profile and associated personal data. Guardians may request for a child they are authorised to represent, and students can seek guardian/school assistance. Account data and school learning records have different scopes. The school will review shared records and others' rights, process deletable data, and explain any categories, reasons and periods of necessary legal/security/fraud-prevention retention. Merely disabling an account is not completion of deletion.

3. 后续处理 / What happens next

学校需要先核验申请人及其对相关账号或孩子资料的权限，不会凭知道一个 IC 就替别人删除。核验后会回复预计处理时间、待处理或须保留的范围；完成后会通知申请人。若需要补充资料，请按回复中的核验方式提供。

Knowing an IC alone does not authorise deletion. The school first verifies the requester and their authority over the account or child data, then replies with timing, the data to be processed or retained, and a completion notice. Follow the verification process provided in the reply if further information is needed.

Permohonan Pemadaman Akaun dan Data

Untuk Xueda Babe yang dikendalikan oleh XUEDA EDU HQ SDN. BHD., permohonan boleh dibuat tanpa log masuk atau memasang semula aplikasi. E-mel Stanley.Chuan@xuedaeducationgroup.edu.my daripada e-mel berdaftar dengan tajuk “Xueda Babe account or data deletion request”. Jika aplikasi e-mel tidak tersedia, salin alamat ini ke perkhidmatan e-mel anda. Penjaga atau murid juga boleh menghubungi sekolah melalui saluran sedia ada.

Nyatakan peranan anda, sama ada mahu memadam akaun guru atau rekod/foto/kemas kini kanak-kanak tertentu, e-mel akaun, sekolah/cawangan serta rujukan murid atau empat digit terakhir IC yang disamarkan. Jangan sertakan kata laluan, IC penuh, kod keluarga atau foto kanak-kanak. Sekolah akan menerangkan pengesahan tambahan yang diperlukan.

Guru boleh memohon pemadaman akaun log masuk, profil dan data peribadi berkaitan. Penjaga boleh memohon bagi kanak-kanak yang berhak diwakilinya; murid boleh mendapatkan bantuan penjaga atau sekolah. Data akaun dan rekod pembelajaran sekolah mempunyai skop berbeza. Sekolah menyemak rekod bersama serta hak orang lain, memadam data yang boleh dipadam dan menerangkan kategori, alasan dan tempoh penyimpanan yang perlu bagi tujuan undang-undang, keselamatan atau pencegahan penipuan. Menyahaktifkan akaun sahaja bukan penyelesaian pemadaman.

Penghantaran permohonan tidak memadam data serta-merta. Mengetahui IC sahaja tidak memberi kuasa memadam data orang lain. Selepas mengesahkan pemohon dan kuasanya, sekolah akan memaklumkan jangka masa, skop pemprosesan atau penyimpanan serta keputusan apabila selesai.
